Leroy McKelvey of South Carolina did the unheard of. He attacked Jets fans with a stun gun, injuring three people.
New Jersey police say 59-year old McKelvey of Moncks Corner, South Carolina fired his stun gun wildly into the crowd. One of the injured was a Marine who later said he had been annoyed with McKelvey and his friends for not taking their hats off or standing when the National Anthem was sung, and speaking loudly during "Taps" and "Amazing Grace".
The suspect's son, who is a local radio station co-host of a "Breakfast Club" explained that his dad is a devout Jehovah's Witness and part of his beliefs are not to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance or to sing the National Anthem.
